I am here to talk about global warming.

You might have heard of global warming, but do you really know what it is?

It is the increase in average temperature near the oceans and the air.
The MAIN reason in global warming is greenhouse effects.
The major greenhouse gases are water vapor, carbon dioxide and ozone.

The 2nd reason for why there is global warming is deforestation.
Men cut down trees, which isn’t a good thing, as trees provide oxygen and “suck in” carbon dioxide, and help to reduce the number of greenhouse gases.
Although the government is discouraging people to cut down trees, men still let deforestation happen throughout the world.



Yet there is still another reason that contributes to global warming. It is air pollution. Singapore had a lot of vehicles on the roads and the smoke led to air pollution. Countries could use environmentally friendly transport such as electric buses or streetcars to avoid air pollution. People could also build ERPS to discourage people to use more cars. Drievrs should use non-lead petrol that is harmful to the environment.
